We all know life is not as easy as we would like to believe. It is even more true now than ever to those who are being laid off because of Uncle Sam’s callousness. But, what if the one who makes your life even more difficult is the one that you care?
What if you are the one who make your loved ones’ lives more difficult than it should be?
It’s never a nice feeling when you come to realize that you are making the lives of people around you even harder. It’s not like you are only not able to catch them. In fact, you are making them fall even faster.
I have recently been concentrating on finding ways to get out of the myriad of life. Yet, it’s like a never-ending jigsaw puzzle that there are always pieces to put together and gaps to fill. But, as you are too concerned about yourself, you may be actually taking pieces away from your loved ones’ jigsaw puzzles to fill your own. You don’t mean to hurt them when trying to do the best of your own, but, sadly, what you do is exactly that.
In the recent months, the most important lesson that I have learnt is that I must get out of my own comfort zone to, at least, not scoring too badly in this life’s jigsaw puzzle game. If that holds true to every single problem of our lives, wouldn’t it be true if I also get out of my own newly created comfort zone, instead of focusing too hard on my own stuffs, to try to also focus on those of the people around me?
Maybe I am now beginning to get another clue of solving the puzzle, that is, life is difficult if you just let it pass, rather than riding over it. If you ride, you will almost definitely fall every now and then. But, if you don’t, you will never be able to get on top.
